A 15 minute class using Zone 1 Activations to connect your breath to your hip flexors and to switch on your butt muscles. We work through flexion and extension postures like bridge and boat pose, sphinx & locust variations, to experience the different ways that the Activations can influence the body.

Strong but accessible postures to add a bit of spice to your leg work and balance.
As you work through sun salutations, warriors and eagle you will activate through the Zones 1-3 touching on lateral sling and shoulders towards the end of the practice.
