Learning about how your body works is half the healing. In this series of presentations and classes I introduce you to the processes that make your pelvic floor strong. We explore muscle activations, anatomy, breath work, core work and movement to help you to re connect with your pelvic floor. Not everything can be blamed on the ageing process and while we know that hormones play a fundamental role in pelvic floor health we must also ensure that the biomechanics are in good order too.
