We start with ball work, moving into breath connection and bandha to create awareness of the Intra-abdominal pressure. Adding small movements to help fire the deep abdominal muscles and the stabilizers of the spine ending with relaxing feet up on the chair.
I also briefly speak about getting the biomechanics in order before you elect for surgery.
