PELVIC FLOOR WORKSHOP SERIES
A series of educational videos on how to reconnect your pelvic floor. We look at why Kegels aren't enough, how breath cues your pelvic floor firing sequence and how creating better bloodflow is crucial for muscle and tissue health.

1. PRESENTATION & EXPLORATION
When you understand the mechanics of the body you have a better chance of connecting with it. This workshop begins with a presentation of the anatomy of the 3 diaphragms and how when they work together with breath they create strength, resilience and stability throughout your entire body.

2. INTRA ABDOMINAL PRESSURE
In this class we explore the biomechanics of how the abdominal muscles communicate with the pelvic floor.

3. HIP OPENERS & SOUND CONNECTION
This class will leave your hips happier, your body in sequence and you'll be humming your way to a healthier connection with your amazing pelvic floor.
Equipment: tennis or soft spikey ball. 2 yoga blocks, or books. -
4. BETTER THAN KEGELS
Energise and ignite your muscle firing sequence before moving into simple core exercises that will enable you to finely tune your pelvic floor connection.

PELVIC FLOOR EXPRESS
We start with ball work, moving into breath connection and bandha to create awareness of the Intra-abdominal pressure. Adding small movements to help fire the deep abdominal muscles and the stabilizers of the spine ending with relaxing feet up on the chair.
