Releasing your respiratory diaphragm is simple when you know how.
Bev will walk you through the diaphragm release and guide you into some simple breathing exercises that are designed to create better volume, power and energy. Once you free up the diaphragm the muscles between your ribs will be able to do their job better, your breathing will be easier and your upper body will find more freedom as your shoulders and upper back relaxes. It's amazing how something so simple can be so effective.
